How to report an issue
- Record the complete page address and the heading where the issue appears.
- Describe whether the concern is factual, legal-source, broken-link, date, accessibility, or clarity related.
- Provide the official record, statute, court, agency, regulator, or governing document supporting the change.
- Use the publisher contact information without sending confidential personal documents.
How corrections are evaluated
The publisher compares the page with the strongest applicable source, checks whether the issue is jurisdiction- or date-dependent, and updates substance when the evidence supports a change. A material revision receives a new update date. Minor typography or formatting fixes may not.
What cannot be decided here
The publisher cannot adjudicate a private dispute, interpret confidential instruments, overturn an agency or court decision, or provide an individual legal opinion. Those matters belong with the responsible institution and qualified counsel.
